These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by TK Landscaping LLC, a residential landscaping company located at 4960 South Gilbert Rd., Suite 1-126, Chandler, Arizona 85249, serving the Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona area.

If you agree to receive texts, TK Landscaping LLC sends service-related messages only:

• "On my way" notices when a crew is heading to your property
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates, such as confirmations or changes
• Billing notices related to services you requested

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

We collect consent verbally during phone calls: when you contact us to book or ask about service, we ask if you would like to receive text messages about that service, and if you agree, the team member who took your call records your consent in our customer records.

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
